Room-separating cabinet
To return the living / dining area of this 1930s mansion in Hillegersberg to its ‘original’ state, TR Custom Carpentry designed a custom-made, traditional-looking, room-en-suite cabinet with stained glass sliding doors.
The starting point of the design was to create a room-separating cabinet with an appearance as if it has always been part of the home. Modern solutions were used here; floating sliding doors with soft-close (and soft-open) fittings, as well as push to open panel doors.
The whole is manufactured in our own furniture workshop and is finished on location for a seamless wall and ceiling connection, equipped with sockets, classic trimwork and a final coat of lacquer. The whole was completed with stained glass glazing.
